A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to his commercial nor independent professional activity:

Revocation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Francesco Vertuccio, Vérigié, Friedrich-Wilhelm-Strasse 46, 38100 Braunschweig, Germany, e-mail: fv-verigie. com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e. g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

We bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them that is not necessary for the purpose of checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to any Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in original packaging with all accessories and packaging components to us. Use a protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer own the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us unfreely.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
