Shipping policy
Despatch
Vérigié bears the shipping costs for orders within Germany.
For every order outside Germany, Vérigié pays a part of the shipping costs, depending on the tariff zone.
The cost is based on the current prices for international premium shipping as listed by DHL (https://www.dhl.de/dam/jcr:816054e3-c391-4cff-9862-a9e9aaa25795/dhl-preise-international-qs-122023.pdf).
All prices listed have already been deducted from the part taken over by Vérigé.
- Germany (Free shipping)
- Tariff zone 1 /EU countries (8,70 EUR): Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland
- Tariff zone 1 /Non-EU countries (EUR 15,20): Liechtenstein, Switzerland
- Tariff zone 2 /EU countries/Non-EU countries (8. 90 EUR): Andorra, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom
- Tariff zone 3 /EU countries (8,90 EUR): Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania
- Tariff zone 3 /Non-EU countries (17,90 EUR): Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine.
General shipping conditions
- The shipping address must be loadable.
- All orders are shipped from Germany. Within the EU and Switzerland, therefore, there are no customs duties or import taxes.
Please note that different customs and VAT rules may apply outside the EU.
These fees must be paid in full to the customs of the respective receiving country and must be borne by the customer, even if the package is refused.
Delivery Times
- to Germany and Austria on the next working day until 6 pm*
- to other EU countries in 1-2 working days until 6 pm*
- for non-EU countries in Europe in 2-3 working days until 6 pm*
For all orders placed before 2pm on a working day. Please note that there may also be delays in shipping.***
If an order is placed after 2 pm, the delivery times only apply from the following working day.
